Our Guarantee
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase of the MedFolio Pillbox. During the manufacturing process, every detail in the design of this device was critically examined and quality products were chosen to ensure that it would meet the standards demanded by the general public and the healthcare industry. However if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund. In order to receive a refund, you will be required to notify us within 30 days of placing your order. Also, your MedFolio Pillbox is covered by a comprehensive one-year warranty and can therefore be replaced if it is determined to be damaged or malfunctioning.

Returns
In order to return your MedFolio Pillbox or other products for a refund or replacement, you will need to comply with our Return Policy.If you are not satisfied with the product and would like a refund:

  • Notify our customer service department within 30 days of purchasing your product by email, mail or fax.
  • Return the product in perfect condition, in the original packaging (unless damaged, in which case return as received) within 45 days of purchase.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, so please ensure that goods are well packaged and labeled.
  • All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for those returns received within 45 days of the purchase date.  Additional shipping fees (Express, Hawaii/Alaska, International) are not refundable.

If you change your mind before we ship the product we will provide a full refund. If your product is damaged or malfunctioning and it is still covered by our one-year warranty, then contact our customer service department by e-mail, mail, or fax for further instructions.

We will unfortunately not be able to offer refunds on purchases returned after 45 days of the purchase date, or where you have not notified our customer service department within 30 days of the purchase date.

Delivery Information
We aim to deliver our products within the United States in 7-10 days for standard orders via UPS and/or FedEx. International deliveries may take longer, in which case we will notify you.

 

Our Recurring Billing for Electronic Messaging Subscriptions and Cellular Data Plans

Each MedFolio Pillbox comes with a free 1-month subscription to the Electronic Messaging System and Cellular Data Plan. At the conclusion of the free month trial period, customers who purchased the MedFolio Wireless Pillbox will be given the opportunity to continue receiving unlimited e-mail and text message reminders by activating their own subscription based on a recurring billing agreement at a rate of $2.99 per month. If these customers choose not to activate a subscription, the e-mail and text message dosing reminders will terminate; however, the MedFolio Wireless Pillbox will continue to remind the patient to take their medications by visual and audio alerts emitted by the device. Customers who purchase the MedFolio Cellular Pillbox are required to purchase a subscription based on a recurring billing agreement at a rate of $9.99 per month. These subscriptions will include the cellular data plan and unlimited e-mail and text message dosing reminders.

Subscriptions are purchased in advance; that is, customers pay for the month of electronic messaging before they use it, not after. Billing dates will occur on the first day of each month. If customers activate the subscription before the first billing day, then they will be charged a prorated amount covering the number of days before the first billing cycle. If a customer wishes to cancel their electronic messaging subscription, their subscription will remain in effect until the end of their billing cycle or until the last day of the month.

If a customer cancels their subscription on their billing date or the first day of the month, the subscription may be cancelled immediately or remain active for another month depending on whether the transaction for that day has already occurred by the payment gateway.
